At Ranch & Roost, we keep things simple: great burgers, crispy chicken, fresh-cut fries, and straightforward food made well. We grind our beef fresh daily, hand cut our fries in-house, and make our sauces from scratch. We use high-quality chicken and regionally sourced beef, fry in beef tallow, and keep seed oils to a minimum whenever possible. Located inside Big Lost Meadery at Lake Lorraine, we focus on quality ingredients, strong flavors, and doing the basics better.
